I’m a therapist who believes authenticity is an important part of the therapy process. I bring my own personality into the room—humor, warmth, and relatability—because I believe genuine human connection is what makes therapy meaningful. My work is grounded in attachment, relationships, and an understanding of the nervous system, which helps me stay curious about the whole person rather than focusing only on what brings someone to therapy.
Whether I’m sitting on the floor playing with a child, helping a teenager make sense of what they’re experiencing, or sitting across from an adult working through something painful, I adapt the therapy process to the person in front of me rather than following a one-size-fits-all formula. I want therapy to feel genuine and relatable—a place where you can show up fully without judgment.
